OpenCommons aims to replicate the success of GTFS in standardizing public transit data by developing open, universal data standards for municipal and social services worldwide. By creating structured, machine-readable formats for services such as housing assistance, healthcare access, emergency response, and community programs, OpenCommons seeks to enhance interoperability, accessibility, and efficiency across jurisdictions. Leveraging an open, community-driven governance model similar to GTFS, the initiative will engage municipalities, service providers, and technology developers to collaboratively design, adopt, and implement these standards. This effort will enable seamless integration with digital platforms, support data-driven decision-making, and improve service delivery for residents globally. +

Development of a Security Management Operating Concept (SMOC) for phase I of the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) Connected Vehicle (CV) Pilot Deployment Program. This focuses on how the THEA team developed an approach to the SMOC (i.e., Prepare); categorized information flows and systems (i.e., Categorize); and selected security controls to establish draft, minimum security control baselines (i.e., Select). The resulting SMOC is largely based on the NIST RMF and provides guidance for ensuring “the privacy of pilot participants and the overall security of the Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) system for the THEA CV Pilot.” +

* Integrates technology into every aspect of the organizational structure and functioning of a senior village organization (Waterfront Village) as a model aging-in-place project
* Develops programs that realize the potential of technology for elders, their families, and their caregivers in community committed to aging-in-place
* Provides the technical support that makes its possible for people ageing-in-place to become familiar and comfortable using advanced technology. +
