In response, strategies to assess both the likelihood and consequences of climate-related events for properties are imperative. They will be required to create responses to an increased climate risk at the individual property and portfolio level, which impact, amongst others, location decisions, access to capital, data collection & analytics, and development practices.
Join us on May 5th for a panel discussion with experts in real estate investment, ESG, climate risk analytics, and corporate real estate management aimed at helping commercial real estate investors, developers, lenders, corporate users, and other market participants develop actionable strategies to assess climate risk, be better prepared for the consequences of climate change, and achieve a higher resilience for the future. In lieu of a ticket price, we ask that attendees make a donation to our Real Estate Student Scholarship fund. Any donation amount is welcome - there is no gift too small (or too big!), and all donations go directly to PSU real estate students.
