| Description | The next SmartCity Summit.Niederrhein will take place on February 29, 2024 in Mönchengladbach at the Redbox and invites companies, science, startups, municipalities and experts to a joint specialist exchange on the digital city of the future. Unfortunately, the original date on November 23rd, 2023 had to be postponed due to fire damage to the planned event location. From 2025, the annual summit will take place in the week after Carnival. |

In February, a variety of exhibitors will once again present innovative digital solutions to experience and discover. Those responsible for digitization from smart city communities will be on stage in exciting Keynote speakers will report on their tangible practical experiences. Experts from the digital industry will also report on the influence digital solutions will have on the cities of tomorrow using exciting examples and results from future research.
At the pre-conference day on February 28, 2024, various workshops on Smart City topics will be offered exclusively for employees from the city administration and/or city subsidiaries.
