NTCA, Pew Research, and rural ISPs will gather for a digital inclusion webinar this Tuesday (Jan. 30) aimed at helping communities build digital equity plans. for a conversation about building digital inclusion in rural communities. This webinar is open to the public at no charge. In addition to a terrific conversation, we will share our SMART toolkit for building digital inclusion plans building on our paper Rural Imperatives in Broadband Adoption and Digital Inclusion. I think a lot of the issues relate to the work of the GCTC.
