Title Working Group 10: Digital Twin Maturity Framework for Cities
Description Under the U4SSC Thematic Group on City Platforms and Data Spaces, this Working Group aims to advance a globally harmonized approach to assessing Digital Twin adoption in cities through the development of a KPI-driven maturity framework.

The Working Group will deliver a common reference framework, including a maturity matrix, a catalogue of capabilities and KPIs, and guidance for self-assessment, benchmarking and policy alignment.

The United for Smart Sustainable Cities (U4SSC) initiative is a global UN platform, coordinated by ITU, UNECE and UN-Habitat, and supported by 20 UN entities, helping cities advance sustainable, inclusive and people-centred digital transformation.

U4SSC is inviting experts from cities, governments, international organizations, academia, industry and civil society to contribute to the development of practical frameworks for assessing Digital Twin maturity and strengthening the governance and regulation of digital public infrastructure in cities.
